Our service
Northernallstars.co.uk operates a website which enables advertisers such as advertising agencies, TV production companies, theatres, event promotion companies, DJ and band agencies, and other advertisers operating in the entertainment industry to place classified adverts.
Advertisers may choose to place adverts, and applicants such as actors, DJ’s, models, dancers, musicians and applicants seeking casting calls within the entertainment industry may apply to such advertisements, at which point northernallstars.co.uk will forward the applicants details to the advertiser or give you further instructions.
Personal information and photos of the subscribers of the website will be public, and subscribers may have two way contact with other members of the northernallstars.co.uk site.
Northernallstars.co.uk is not responsible for this content and makes no warranty or gives any guarantee as to the accuracy of the advertisements. Members must use their own judgement in deciding whether or not to apply for any of the jobs advertised. We provide our service only for the purpose of providing listings for auditions and castings with third party advertisers. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for the actions of any advertiser or of any potential job featured on our site.
Northernallstars.co.uk is not responsible for any content, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy of members personal information. Advertisers should use their own judgement in deciding whether to contact, audition or cast members. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for the actions of any of our members.
Placing a casting call on northernallstars.co.uk is taken as consent to the use of your name, email, website, logo and casting call in promotional and marketing activities.
Northernallstars.co.uk services as described above simply provide advertisers with information about applicants seeking work in the entertainments industry and further provide information about advertisers to such applicants. This service is the only service provided by northernallstars.co.uk and is not connected to the advertisers or applicants save in respect of these terms and conditions.
Liability
You agree that any and all liability and responsibility of northernallstars.co.uk to you or any other person in connection with these terms and conditions or services, this website, another members acts or omissions, or use or inability to use, the services of our website is excluded regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Northernallstars.co.uk’s liability and responsibility is excluded in respect of all and any loss or damage, whether indirect or direct, including, without limitation loss of data, loss of profits or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and incidental and consequential loss.
Breach
Without limiting any rights available to northernallstars.co.uk, we may limit your activities on our website, remove your files and profile, issue you a warning, suspend or terminate your membership, or refuse to provide services to you if you breach these terms and conditions or northernallstars.co.uk considers it necessary.
Indemnity
You agree to release, and keep us indemnified from and against all actions, claims, costs (including expenses and legal costs) losses, proceedings, liabilities, damages or demands suffered or incurred by us to any person arising out of or in connection with your use of our site or services.
Persons under 18
Our site is solely intended for persons 18 or over. You acknowledge that some sections of our site may contain material deemed inappropriate for minors. Charges and subscriptions on your billing account
Northernallstars.co.uk does not charge advertisers in the event that it employs an applicant and does not charge a fee or commission from the applicants who has secured work using our service.
The fees payable for our service shall be clearly set out on the website from time to time. We reserve the right to vary these fees in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Northernallstars.co.uk bills you monthly through an online account (your billing account) for use of our service. You agree to pay northernallstars.co.uk all charges at the prices then in effect for use of the service by you or other persons and you authorise northernallstars.co.uk to charge your chosen payment provider (your payment method) for the service. You agree to payment using that selected payment method. Northernallstars.co.uk reserves the right to correct any mistakes or errors even if it has already requested or received payment.
Recurring billing
Most subscription plans to the service consist of a monthly charge as agreed by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has a recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Northernallstars.co.uk may submit monthly charges without further authorisation from you, until (confirmed in writing and received by us) your wish for termination or change of payment method. Relevant information required
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information for your billing account. You must immediately update all of your information to keep your billing account current and up to date, complete and accurate (such as change of address, credit card number or credit card expiration date), and you must immediately notify northernallstars.co.uk if your payment method is cancelled (e.g. through loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as unauthorised use or disclosure of your user name or password. If you fail to provide northernallstars.co.uk any of the foregoing information, you agree that northernallstars.co.uk may continue charging you for any use of our service under your billing account unless you have terminated your subsciption for our service (confirmed by you in email and on receipt by northernallstars.co.uk).
Payment method. The terms of your payment method may be determined by agreement between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your payment method. If northernallstars.co.uk does not receive your payment from your payment method provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your billing account upon demand. Change in authorised amount. You agree that northernallstars.co.uk may accumulate charges incurred and then submit them as one charge during or at the end of each billing cycle. Auto-renewal. Your northernallstars.co.uk subscription will be automatically extended at the end of each billing period at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate. info@northernallstars.co.uk. You may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Your subscription will then not be renewed after your current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a pro-ratad refund of any portion of that periods fee paid.
Authorisation of continuous use. Your non-termination or continued use of our service re-authorises northernallstars.co.uk to charge your payment method for which you will be responsible. This does not waiver northernallstars.co.uk’s right to seek payment directly from you.
Price changes
We reserve the right to introduce new prices, changes or increase fees at any time.
Copyright
You are not permitted to reproduce, use or allow anyone to reproduce or use the name and logo of northernallstars.co.uk for any reason without our express written consent.
Viruses
Although we take reasonable steps to prevent viruses to our website or online service, we do not guarantee the service or materials do not contain such destructive features. We shall be in no way liable for any damages attributable to such features. You use this website at your own risk.
Service interruption
Use of our site may be restricted, or interrupted from time to time. We will not be liable for damages or costs in these circumstances.
Prohibitions
You are solely responsible that no material you submit or which is submitted through a machine on which you access northernallstars.co.uk nor any activity or communication you make in connection with our service will be capable of:

Member contract
You agree when creating your profile and uploading your photos that northernallstars.co.uk will publish your photos and personal information, and may allow other members to contact you. You also agree that you will not use this internal message system to send spam, junk mail, offensive messages, or use this facility for any purposes other than those regarding casting calls, auditions or other information which we deem beneficial. Northernallstars.co.uk will be the sole judge of any breach of aforementioned terms and conditions, any breach of which may result in the cancellation of your membership and a permanent site ban. No refund will be given if you breach northernallstars.co.uk’s terms and conditions.
Privacy
We will not sell or to the best of our ability permit third parties to access your personal information, however you agree that northernallstars.co.uk may disclose your personal information, to the relevant authorities (or their representatives), where the law requires us to do so.
Northernallstars.co.uk collects your personal information through your use of our website and information relating to your use of our site; the content you access, and any messages you send. You agree that northernallstars.co.uk may use this personal information to provide our services to you, for internal research purposes, to confirm your identity, for promoting and marketing other products and services to you and for any other use that you authorise.
